Political Contribution Refund (PCR) Program Explained
Under the Minnesota Political Contribution Refund (PCR) Program, contributions of up to $75/person or $150/couple are fully refundable by the State of Minnesota. Once your donation is received, we will send you a letter with the PCR form along with instructions to submit for your refund. Here are the steps to follow to receive your refund.

Complete the form and mail it in the envelope we provide, along with your receipt, before April 15, 2025 to the Minnesota Department of Revenue.
Step 4
The State of Minnesota will send you a check fully refunding your contribution of up to $75 per person or $150 per couple in about two to four weeks.
